- Excellent written and verbal communication, discretion, and stakeholder engagement
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders (VPs) to enable focus on strategy and external engagement.
- Manage complex calendars and cross-functional scheduling for leadership and external partners.
- Prepare, format, and polish presentations and documents for clarity and visual impact.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and Airbase submissions accurately and on time.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transport, visas, and detailed itineraries.
- Support logistics for high-visibility internal and external events and briefings.
- Maintain and update project management trackers (e.g., Comms Grid) for timely reporting.
- Partner with internal teams to gather resources, prepare materials, and drive follow-through.
- Anticipate roadblocks, propose proactive solutions, and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Serve as a liaison between leaders, their teams, and cross-functional collaborators; produce recaps, meeting notes, and briefing packets.
Education
- Minimum B.A. (Bachelor's degree)
