Skills
- 7+ years in RevOps, Sales Operations, Business Process Ownership or related SaaS role
- Deep knowledge of quoting, pricing and order orchestration systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ)
- Experience translating strategy into scalable process and system requirements
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts and modern documentation tools
- Proven cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance and IT stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize global Q2O (quote-to-order) processes to align with GTM strategy
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, IT and Operations to map, refine and document workflows
- Define system requirements and partner with IT to embed automation and AI opportunities
- Manage structured rollout plans, training, enablement and field adoption initiatives
- Monitor feedback, measure outcomes and drive continuous process and system improvements
- Translate strategic objectives into scalable process, governance and tooling requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field preferred
- Relevant equivalent professional experience accepted in lieu of degree
