Skills
- Experience with MRP/ERP/MES systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle) and data hygiene
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, SQL, Confluence or equivalent
- Inventory control and material handling experience
- Ability to communicate across functions and with leadership
- Physical ability to lift and move items (20+ lbs) and perform frequent bending, climbing, kneeling
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing, production, supply chain and inventory teams cross-functionally
- Execute and support monthly production plans and metrics-driven action items
- Develop and maintain reports highlighting needs, deliverables and constraints
- Support staging and internal logistics to optimize workflow
- Manage work orders and track part movements through production flow
- Coordinate physical movement and offsite processing of parts to ensure timely delivery
- Ensure parts are handled per company specifications and manage material certifications
- Maintain clean and accurate MRP/ERP/MES data and assist in resolving inventory inaccuracies
- Communicate part status and estimated completion dates to leadership daily
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic tooling and calibration libraries
Education
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
