Manager, Threat Assessment and Threat Management

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company building advanced autonomy, AI, and sensor-fusion systems for U.S. and allied military customers. The Manager, Threat Assessment and Threat Management will build and lead a proactive TATM capability—developing a Workplace Violence Prevention program, conducting behavioral threat assessments, coordinating cross-functional responses, and supporting insider threat and corporate security investigations across a fast-paced global organization.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain a Threat Assessment & Threat Management (TATM) capability tailored to Anduril’s threat landscape.
Develop and oversee a Workplace Violence Prevention program including policy, training, incident response plans, and cross-functional orchestration.
Conduct behavioral threat assessments, interviews, evidence collection, and comprehensive investigations of violence-related threats.
Coordinate with Employee Relations, HR, Legal, Cyber, Health & Safety, Corporate Security, CI, and law enforcement partners as appropriate.
Leverage multiple internal and external datasets and analytic tools to identify concerning behaviors and patterns of escalation.
Provide consultative support to CI, Insider Threat, Corporate Security, and ER on mitigation and support plans.
Prepare detailed assessment reports and presentations, and maintain relationships with industry and government counterparts to share best practices.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Security/Intelligence Studies, Criminal Justice, Behavioral/Mental Health (e.g., Psychology, Social Work), Forensic Sciences, or related field
