Responsibilities
- Partner with functional leaders to develop and execute tailored People strategies aligned to business goals.
- Provide strategic HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle including org design, performance management, and employee relations.
- Drive consistency and excellence in company-wide People programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on headcount planning and hiring strategies.
- Foster a values-driven, inclusive, and engaged culture in partnership with leaders and People team.
- Communicate clearly to build trust, drive alignment, and support decision-making.
- Build strong partnerships with Legal, Finance, and People Operations to align and comply with People initiatives.
- Coach and develop leaders to build high-performing, resilient, and inclusive teams.
- Leverage people analytics to identify trends and inform decisions throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Champion change management and navigate complex employee relations matters.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- HR or business-related degree preferred
