Senior Manager, People Business Partner

Glossier is a pioneering beauty brand focused on inclusive and values-driven culture. They are seeking a strategic and empathetic Senior Manager, People Business Partner to support corporate teams and help drive organizational growth, change management, and employee engagement with hands-on HR partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with functional leaders to develop and execute tailored People strategies aligned to business goals.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle including org design, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Drive consistency and excellence in company-wide People programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on headcount planning and hiring strategies.
  • Foster a values-driven, inclusive, and engaged culture in partnership with leaders and People team.
  • Communicate clearly to build trust, drive alignment, and support decision-making.
  • Build strong partnerships with Legal, Finance, and People Operations to align and comply with People initiatives.
  • Coach and develop leaders to build high-performing, resilient, and inclusive teams.
  • Leverage people analytics to identify trends and inform decisions throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Champion change management and navigate complex employee relations matters.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • HR or business-related degree preferred
