Over the years, Emily recognized her readers' desire for a beauty brand that would directly engage with them and cater to their needs. Despite lacking prior business experience, she successfully garnered investor support and collaborated with a skilled chemist to create Glossier, a line of beauty and skincare products that prioritize simplicity.
