Responsibilities
- Lead employee relations, labor strategy, and grievance resolution in compliance with California laws.
- Develop and implement programs addressing mental health, wellness, and employee recognition.
- Design and execute bilingual internal communications and culture engagement initiatives.
- Manage safety metrics, workers’ compensation, and risk mitigation in partnership with EH&S teams.
- Oversee supervisory coaching and bilingual training programs to improve frontline leadership.
- Align people strategy with manufacturing operations and financial goals including workforce planning and labor cost control.
- Monitor and report operational HR and compliance KPIs, building dashboards for real-time workforce insights.
- Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws and oversee timekeeping and break practices.
- Lead talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies for manufacturing talent.
- Manage HRIS, timekeeping, and performance management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate on legal compliance, audits, and investigations alongside legal and HR leadership.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field required.
