Requirements

Experience with processing employee payroll and bonuses; managing benefits, employee relations and culture (discipline, investigations, performance, terminations), recognition and appreciation, new hire orientation, retention and more.

Experience with collaborating with facility managers to assist with operations concerns

Ability to engage w/people from different walks of life and serve as a resource.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to be innovative with designing employee programs.

Skilled Nursing, LTC, Healthcare or Hospitality industry background preferred.

Human Resources Information System experience w Paylocity or another system preferred.
