- Partner with Senior TA Specialists to manage job postings, sourcing, and candidate communications.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach or phone screens to assess qualifications and interest.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain and update candidate records within Greenhouse ATS accurately.
- Support recruiting projects, talent pipelines, and reporting as directed.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain an exceptional candidate experience at all touchpoints.
