As a Senior Talent Sourcer, you’ll play an important role in helping us identify and engage with top talent. You will partner closely with our hiring managers and talent partners to identify key skill sets and experiences, connecting with talent networks to engage candidates with highly specialized skillsets and diverse backgrounds. You’ll also help design and maintain our sourcing strategy and program for all areas of the business as we continue to quickly scale our teams.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years experience working as a Sourcer or Recruiter within a high growth technology organization (experience sourcing globally and within Cybersecurity is an asset).

• Deep experience partnering with TA and hiring teams

• Experience sourcing candidates at various leadership levels (Director and above)

• Experience sourcing candidates for a wide range of roles, including technology, sales, marketing, finance, and strategic operations.

• A background in researching and sourcing candidates using a variety of methodologies and mediums: ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, events, etc.

• A passion and commitment for diversity and inclusion.

• Experience identifying innovative/creative ways of sourcing talent for hard-to-fill roles.

• A bias for action: you move quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment

What you can expect:

• Partner with the Staff and Senior Talent Partners to develop customized sourcing strategies for key leadership roles across the business.

• Partner with the talent team and hiring managers to develop customized sourcing strategies based on the skillset/experience/technology needs of the role.

• Develop pipelines of talent for future opportunities within teams with high volumes of roles or niche skillsets (cybersecurity, access management, AI).

• You’ll be measured on your ability to build diverse, high quality pipelines that convert into long term hires for critical roles. You’ll use metrics and data to support your sourcing strategies and recommendations.

• Provide guidance to hiring managers and talent team members on current trends pertaining to the skillsets and experiences they are seeking.

• Provide guidance and training to members of the talent team on how to implement creative sourcing strategies in their processes.

• Connect with employee referrals to help us build our pipeline of talent.

• Work with our various tools and systems to find and engage diverse top talent. We use Ashby (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and many other job boards, networks, and events. We’d love to have you help build out this list!

• Conduct initial phone screen conversations where you will advocate for 1Password, answer candidate questions, and provide recommendations to hiring managers and talent partners.

• Ensure we are providing a best-in-class candidate experience where everyone feels welcomed and valued when connecting and engaging with our talent team.

USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $109,000 USD and $147,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $102,000 CAD and $138,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of most roles. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
