Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and staff professionally at the front desk
- Manage incoming calls, mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception and common areas
- Assist with day-to-day office operations and meeting room setups
- Coordinate with external vendors (cleaning, maintenance, catering)
- Monitor office supply levels and reorder as needed
- Support health and safety practices and resolution of facilities issues
- Assist with planning and executing in-office events and staff engagement activities
- Support the Office Manager with administrative tasks, onboarding setup, and ad-hoc projects
- Maintain office documentation and respond to internal office-related requests
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree welcome but not required
- Relevant administrative or customer-service training is a plus
