As a Account Manager - Mid Market, you’ll work with some of our most valued customers, helping them grow with Freshworks while building long-term, trusted partnerships.
What you’ll do:
Engage, discover & drive results: Grow key accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals, consistently surpassing revenue goals while delivering meaningful impact for customers.
Articulate value: Build trust with executives by addressing critical challenges and positioning Freshworks as a partner that drives measurable business results.
Execute the sales process: Lead complex sales cycles end-to-end, securing strategic wins and fostering long-term partnerships.
Learn & collaborate: Champion collaboration across teams to uncover opportunities, strengthen retention, and expand customer success.
Hunt & prospect: Build a strong, future-ready pipeline with accurate forecasting and consistent execution. Travel as required to connect in person, foster relationships, and represent Freshworks with purpose.
Experience that counts: 5+ years of experience in SaaS or solution-based sales, account management, or customer-facing roles with a track record of success in an aligned territory.
Strategic mindset: Curious, collaborative, and adaptable — open to learning and comfortable navigating change.
Consultative approach: Experienced in working with enterprise customers, including senior leaders, consistently exceeding goals with a focus on long-term value creation.
Strong communicator: A relationship builder with excellent presentation skills who listens deeply, asks thoughtful questions, and connects product capabilities to business needs.
Domain knowledge: Exposure to CRM, EX, CX, or ITSM solutions is a plus.
The annual base salary range for this position is $98,400— $141,450 USD + Variable Compensation
Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level.
