Skills
- 5+ years administering sales compensation programs in large or global organizations.
- 5+ years analytical experience with forecasting and financial accruals.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills: complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
- Experience with enterprise incentive compensation platforms (Spiff or Xactly).
- Familiarity with Salesforce for deal and quota data integration.
- Strong cross-functional partnership, communication, and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end commission and bonus processes, ensuring accurate calculations and timely payouts across global sales teams.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for compensation inquiries, investigations, and dispute resolution.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, Accounting, and People Operations to operationalize plans and manage financial accruals.
- Configure and maintain the incentive compensation platform (e.g., Spiff, Xactly) and lead automation and process simplification efforts.
- Produce cadence attainment reporting, variance analysis, and insights to measure plan effectiveness versus business objectives.
- Support annual planning, plan design, rollouts, and development of documentation, training, and policies.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred (Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field).
