Sales Development Representative

Flex is a growth-stage NYC-headquartered FinTech on a mission to make rent payments flexible and affordable. We're hiring a results-driven Sales Development Representative to build pipelines and generate new partnerships with Property Management Companies through a mix of inbound follow-up and outbound prospecting.

Skills

  • Proven cold calling and email outreach skills
  • CRM proficiency and pipeline management
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to engage and influence executives and middle management
  • Comfortable working to quota in a commission-earning role
  • Social selling and LinkedIn prospecting experience
  • Self-starter with strong time management and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities

  • Generate new client acquisition and drive revenue within the rental real estate market
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline in the CRM
  • Conduct outbound calling, emailing, and social outreach to prospective partners
  • Qualify inbound leads quickly and efficiently
  • Develop relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Accounts and Sales teams to create strategic adoption plans
  • Support ad-hoc sales projects and initiatives as needed

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; relevant sales experience valued
  • No specific degree required — demonstrated sales success acceptable
