- Experience aligning Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations around ICP, territory design, and pricing
- Data-driven decision making and familiarity with CRM and sales analytics
- Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Scale and lead a full-cycle sales organization: hire, onboard, coach, and retain top performers across multiple geographies
- Own the Americas P&L: set GTM strategy, forecast, and deliver against quarterly revenue targets
- Drive executive-level engagement to win new logos and expand existing customer relationships
- Institutionalize sales best practices across pipeline generation, qualification, and deal management
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Production, Strategy, and Operations to shape product and pricing for corporate customers
- Build a high-performance, inclusive culture that drives engagement and consistent outperformance
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA or equivalent strategic/analytical background strongly preferred
