- Deep Salesforce and CPQ expertise with practical configuration/usage experience
- Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and interpreting GTM data
- Commercial judgment for pricing decisions, margin analysis, and deal structuring
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
- Process orientation with experience improving quote-to-close workflows and CRM hygiene
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day deal execution across pricing, quoting, approvals, and contract terms
- Review and validate non-standard commercial terms, payment schedules, and contract frameworks
- Maintain and enforce approval matrices for discounts, payment terms, and exceptions
- Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure deals meet margin, policy, and compliance requirements
- Support CRM hygiene, forecast accuracy, pipeline governance, and comp plan validation
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for pipeline health, deal velocity, and discount trends
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements across lead-to-cash
- Support GTM tech stack including Salesforce, CPQ, Clari, Gong, and related tools
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success on pricing and deal strategy
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- Equivalent experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Finance accepted
