Cold Caller (Part-time)

Hours: 4 hours a day, 20 hours a week
Time Zone: 9AM to 1PM EST

About the Role

We are a growing digital marketing agency looking for a confident and reliable Part-time Cold Caller to support our outbound outreach efforts. This role focuses on reaching decision-makers in two specific niches: home renovation businesses and cosmetic surgeons based in the United States.

You will be responsible for making outbound calls using provided scripts, introducing our SEO services, and qualifying potential leads for follow-up by the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to U.S.-based prospects in the home renovation and cosmetic surgery industries
  • Follow provided calling scripts accurately while maintaining a natural, conversational tone
  • Clearly introduce the agency’s SEO services and identify interest or pain points
  • Qualify leads and gather basic prospect information
  • Book appointments or pass qualified leads to the internal sales team
  • Maintain accurate call notes and lead status in the CRM or tracking sheet
  • Meet daily and weekly call activity targets
  • Proven experience in cold calling (digital marketing, SEO, or B2B services preferred)
  • Experience with lead generation is a strong plus
  • Clear, neutral English accent with excellent verbal communication skills
  • Confident, professional phone presence and ability to handle objections
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and medical professionals
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet calling environment
  • Ability to work EST hours consistently

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience selling or promoting SEO or digital marketing services
  • Familiarity with U.S. small businesses or medical practices
  • Experience using CRMs or lead tracking tools
