Head of Sales - REMOTE

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Sales. In this critical role, you will lead the development and execution of a revenue growth strategy while fostering strong relationships with customers and internal teams. As a vital member of the Leadership Team, you'll work collaboratively across departments to ensure alignment and successful outcomes. Your leadership will be key to enhancing customer satisfaction and driving strategic deals, all while navigating the flexible benefits landscape. Accountabilities
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers through key business stakeholders and executives to secure loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Create and implement Sales and RevOps processes and playbooks to ensure consistency and effectiveness within the team.
  • Get involved in deals, whether as an individual or an executive sponsor, to help get them over the finish line.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and other internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement.
  • Establish a systematic approach for gathering and using customer feedback to enhance product development.


Requirements
  • Ability to support the team from the front lines and close on key strategic deals.
  • A professional sales leader with 8+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment, including at least 3+ years leading Sales teams.
  • Experience in maintaining relationships with senior executives at very large Enterprise prospects.
  • Experience being data-driven in decision making, setting goals, and driving success in the organization.
  • Experience leading and scaling teams.
