Strategic Account Manager

Enterpret builds AI-driven customer intelligence that transforms feedback and qualitative data into actionable insights for product, marketing, and customer success teams. We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to own renewals and expansion across our largest enterprise customers, define scalable account motions, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

  • Data-driven account analysis and usage-driven insight generation
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales/engagement tools

Responsibilities

  • Own and expand relationships with largest enterprise accounts, driving renewals and revenue growth
  • Serve as the primary strategic contact for senior customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies with Customer Success, Sales, and Product
  • Apply Challenger Sales and Force Management principles to uncover opportunities and influence customer thinking
  • Coordinate cross-functional handoffs and ensure seamless customer experience from pre-sales through implementation and post-sale
  • Analyze product usage and account performance data to identify trends, risks, and expansion signals
  • Represent customer needs internally to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
  • Design and operationalize renewal, forecasting, and expansion playbooks as the company scales

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced degree (MBA) preferred but not required
