These team members keep the business running, manage payroll and benefits offerings, ensure deliverables are high quality, hire and train employees, market our services, streamline business processes, and much more. Corporate Operations departments include Administrative Services, Business Development, Document Production Center, Finance, Human Resources, IT, and Marketing.
Your Opportunity with ECG: Senior Benefits Administrator
The Senior Benefits Administrator is responsible for the strategic administration, compliance oversight, and continuous improvement of the firm’s employee benefits programs. This role ensures that benefits offerings are competitive, cost-effective, legally compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives. Serving as a subject matter expert, the Senior Benefits Administrator manages vendor relationships, leads benefits-related compliance reporting, and supports the delivery of high-quality service to employees across multiple states.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $105,000 – $115,000 annually. It represents a good faith estimate of the range that ECG reasonably expects to pay at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to years of experience, special skills, and market changes. This job is eligible to participate in ECG's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects ECG's pay-for-performance philosophy. The job is also eligible to participate in ECG’s benefit plans, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage; a 401(k) matching program; unlimited PTO; and other wellness programs.
