Partner Development Manager

DNSFilter is a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS company using AI-driven threat intelligence to protect networks and filter content. The Partner Development Manager will join the MSP sales team to hunt new MSPs, expand and manage partner accounts, and drive partner-sourced revenue while collaborating with marketing, sales engineering, and support to ensure partner success.

Skills

  • Proven partner account management and channel selling to MSPs/MSSPs
  • Strong track record in SaaS sales (prospecting, pipeline generation, closing, expansions)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to navigate fast-paced, hyper-growth startup environments
  • Comfortable collaborating with technical teams and conveying technical value to partners
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales forecasting processes

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, hunt, and onboard net-new MSP partners while growing existing MSP/MSSP relationships
  • Manage full sales cycle for partner-sourced opportunities from pipeline generation to close and expansion
  • Evangelize DNSFilter value proposition and competitive differentiators to partners and their customers
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Technical Support, and Channel teams to deliver cohesive partner experiences
  • Perform regular business reviews with partners to analyze usage, identify expansion opportunities, and drive account growth
  • Maintain accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts and meet or exceed quota
  • Attend partner events, tradeshows, and industry conferences to generate opportunities and represent DNSFilter

Education

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
  • Relevant sales, business, or technology training or certifications a plus
