Territory Sales Manager

What You’ll Do

• Own and execute a territory-level sales strategy aligned with company goals
• Acquire high-quality retail and distributor accounts that meet brand and operational standards
• Retain and expand existing accounts through precision service and consistent communication
• Deliver compelling product and brand education to internal and external stakeholders
• Meet or exceed revenue, margin, and operational KPIs on a monthly basis
• Accurately manage pipeline and forecasting using CRM and standardized reporting tools
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure on-time, in-full execution

What You Bring

• 3–7 years of experience in CPG, wellness, health products, or adjacent industries
• Demonstrated success in quota-carrying roles with measurable impact
• Operational fluency—comfortable using CRM, reporting dashboards, and workflow tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic, emotional maturity, and executive presence
• Alignment with our values: urgency, ownership, accuracy, and teamwork

Minimum Qualifications
• Proven ability to acquire and retain B2B accounts with structure and consistency
• Experience working in high-velocity, target-driven environments
• Comfort operating independently with disciplined reporting and follow-through
• Strong territory planning, pipeline management, and forecasting capabilities
• Commitment to internal process, team alignment, and brand integrity

Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in regulated, wellness, or health-focused CPG
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent CRM platforms
• History of improving processes or mentoring others
• Exposure to field-based team operations or multi-state territories
• High-trust client relationships sustained over multiple years or contracts
