Full-cycle B2B sales background—from prospecting and demos to negotiation and closing
Comfortable executing across multiple sales motions: outbound, inbound, and partner-driven
Strong consultative selling approach; able to uncover customer pain points and map tailored solutions
Skilled in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to balance high-velocity deals with longer-term strategic opportunities
Proficient in sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, and other engagement platforms
Solid understanding of HR and recruiting workflows, including ATS systems and hiring metrics
Results-driven with a strong hunter mentality and closing ability
