Account Executive

Account Executive – SaaS (HR Tech / Recruiting Solutions)

Experience & Background

  • 3–7+ years of successful SaaS sales experience, ideally within HR tech, recruiting software, or talent acquisition solutions

  • Proven ability to exceed quotas and close mid-market to enterprise-level deals

  • Experience selling to HR, Talent Acquisition leaders, CHROs, and Hiring Managers

  • Full-cycle B2B sales background—from prospecting and demos to negotiation and closing

  • Comfortable executing across multiple sales motions: outbound, inbound, and partner-driven

Key Skills & Expertise

  • Strong consultative selling approach; able to uncover customer pain points and map tailored solutions

  • Skilled in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to balance high-velocity deals with longer-term strategic opportunities

  • Proficient in sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, and other engagement platforms

  • Solid understanding of HR and recruiting workflows, including ATS systems and hiring metrics

  • Self-starter, proactive in building and driving pipeline growth
