1. Work from home and work life balance. Co-workers are awesome 2. The software is incredible and advancing quickly. It's very easy to sell 3. The company is growing rapidly, which presents some challenges, but over all it's very positive. The company just got a new CEO and CRO that's going to take this company to the next level 4.
