Head of Channel Partnerships

Disguise is the market-leading platform powering high-profile live, broadcast, film/TV and immersive experiences. We are hiring a Head of Channel Partnerships to design, build and scale a global channel and alliances program that drives incremental revenue, expands market presence across key verticals (live entertainment, broadcast, film/TV, sports/venues, corporate experiences), and strengthens partner-led go-to-market motion.

Skills

  • Proven experience building and scaling global channel/partner programs in technology.
  • Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Data-driven approach: use CRM and analytics to evaluate partner ROI and optimize coverage.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, value selling) and pipeline management.
  • Experience with CRM/reporting tools (Salesforce, Clari, Salesloft or similar).
  • Ability to build executive-level relationships and influence stakeholders including C-level.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit and onboard high-impact channel partners (AV integrators, broadcast resellers, system integrators, live events specialists) in priority regions and verticals.
  • Define partner tiers, value propositions and commercial terms; negotiate partnership agreements.
  • Create joint business plans and go-to-market programs to accelerate pipeline creation and deal conversion.
  • Provide partner enablement: training, certification, product roadmaps and marketing toolkits.
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards and reporting to measure partner performance and revenue contribution.
  • Align regional sales and channel strategies to ensure healthy direct/indirect revenue mix.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer Success on co-branded campaigns, events and case studies.
  • Scale a repeatable global partner program including incentives, certification and tiered benefits.
  • Mentor and build internal channel management capabilities and embed best practices globally.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred but not required.
