The Intervention Specialist will work in Texas to increase HMH's revenue by driving intervention sales growth and collaborating with sales teams on strategic plans and campaigns.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include collaborating with sales leadership to support intervention sales growth, developing strategic plans, and leading customer meetings to implement sales best practices.
Skills: Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in education, and proficiency in MS Office and Sales Management Software.
Qualifications: Experience in educational sales and a proven track record of meeting sales quotas are desirable; an acceptable driving record is also required.
Location: Field-based in Texas, with 80%-90% travel required.
Compensation: $90000 - $100000 / Annually
