Responsibilities
- Design and manage structured, end-to-end sales onboarding programs to accelerate new-hire ramp.
- Develop curriculum and training assets (self-serve modules, workshops, playbooks, role-plays) with embedded leads and cross-functional partners.
- Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions and coaching for new sales hires.
- Train new hires on sales process, CRM tools, product knowledge, and proven sales methodologies.
- Measure training effectiveness using performance data and feedback; iterate on programs for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Sales leadership, HR, Product, Marketing, and other stakeholders to align onboarding to business objectives.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Education, or related field (preferred)
- Equivalent professional experience considered in lieu of degree
