Alliance & Channel Manager | NAMER

Degreed is an upskilling platform that unifies learning content, tools, and skill insights to help organizations build a culture of continuous learning. The Alliance & Channel Manager, NAMER will develop and expand strategic partnerships across North America, driving partner-led revenue, enabling partners, and executing joint go-to-market plans with cross-functional teams.

Skills

  • Proven track record in alliance/channel management and partner-led revenue generation.
  • Experience building and executing joint business and go-to-market plans.
  • Strong partner enablement experience including training and resource development.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and negotiate partnership agreements.
  • Regional market knowledge across North America and cultural/business nuance awareness.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with system integrators, consulting firms, resellers, and technology providers across NAMER.
  • Drive partner-led revenue by enabling partners to position, sell, and implement Degreed solutions.
  • Create and execute joint go-to-market plans aligned with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Design and deliver partner enablement programs including training, resources, and sales tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless partner execution and customer success.
  • Monitor market and competitive trends to refine partnership strategies for the region.
  • Report partnership performance, insights, and risks to leadership regularly.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred but not required.
