As a Business Development Intern, you'll be on the front lines—helping us bring on venue partners and connect with customers. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at the ground level with real traction and learn what it takes to build a category-defining business.
You'll work directly with our founding team on both sides of the marketplace:
• Run outbound campaigns to bring on venue partners
• Cold call and email venues to introduce Bonfiire
• Set up and run demos with prospective partners
• Help venues create their first packages on our platform
• Reach out to field marketers and sales enablement teams
• Conduct discovery calls to understand their needs
• Demo the product and gather feedback
• Help convert early interest into paying customers
• Navigate, trial, and set up CRM tools—or build your own workflows
• Research and identify new AI-powered tools for prospecting, finding contact details, drafting messaging and assets (landing pages, decks, one pagers, etc) and outreach (drip campaigns)
• Build and run your own campaigns autonomously—we'll give you direction, you figure out how to execute
• Hungry, scrappy, and not afraid to pick up the phone
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity—you figure things out on your own
• AI-native—you already use AI tools to 10x your output and you're always finding new ones
• Comfortable navigating and learning new software tools quickly
