Job Description

Join our dynamic, driven, and supportive team as an Account Executive, where you'll be more than just a quota-chaser—you'll be a strategic partner to clients and a vital contributor to our company's growth.

In this role, you’ll connect with potential customers, close deals, and introduce additional solutions to our valued existing accounts. You'll focus on small to mid-sized accounts while learning and growing within a team that celebrates success, innovation, and relationships. What You’ll Do

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through proactive outreach and relationship-building
  • Identify client needs and deliver tailored product solutions
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and effectively communicate product value
  • Cultivate long-term, meaningful relationships with both clients and internal teams
  • Resolve client concerns and negotiate with confidence and professionalism
  • Make cold calls and follow up on leads with enthusiasm and strategic focus
  • Present and demo products to showcase impact and value
  • Analyze sales data to spot trends, improve strategies, and identify opportunities
  • Travel up to 50% to build face-to-face relationships

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table

  • Strong people skills—you’re a clear communicator, listener, and relationship-builder
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Proactive, self-starter mentality with a team-player mindset
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Understanding of solutions-based selling
  • Comfort with data and a desire to continuously improve

Your Background

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of sales experience
  • 1–2 years of successful sales experience
  • CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce)

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of sales experience

Additional Information

The on-target earnings (OTE) for this role is $119,200 - $173,900 per year  Where you fall within the pay range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role. We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal growth. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for growth.
