Go-to-Market Recruiter
We’re seeking a Go-To-Market Recruiter to join our global Talent team on a 6–9 month contract to cover a leave of absence. In this role, you’ll partner closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success and other departments as needed to shape hiring, build diverse global talent pipelines, and deliver a seamless, high-impact candidate experience.
You’ll operate as a trusted advisor influencing hiring decisions, driving recruiting initiatives, and helping to sustain a world-class talent function across North America, EMEA, and APAC. This is a strategic, hands-on opportunity to make a meaningful impact during a key growth phase.
This position is remote, with flexibility required to collaborate effectively with global partners and teams across EMEA and APAC time zones.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Recruit Across Global Teams: Manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level to senior roles across the U.S., Canada, London, Poland, and the Philippines
Partner with Hiring Managers to Hire Top Talent: Engage directly with leaders to define role requirements, create targeted sourcing strategies, and drive each search to a successful hire.
Deliver an Outstanding Candidate Experience: Coordinate every stage of the recruiting process from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding to ensure candidates experience consistency, transparency, and a genuine connection.
Provide Insight and Influence: Leverage market data, recruiting analytics and internal resources to advise leaders on trends, compensation, and hiring decisions.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination across open roles, approvals, and onboarding.

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:
3+ years of full-cycle global recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
Proven track record of hiring for multiple departments at the mid-senior level, with some exposure to high-volume hiring.
Skilled relationship-builder and communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and close top candidates.
Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a practical understanding of how to embed it throughout the recruiting process.
Organized, proactive, and adaptable; comfortable managing multiple priorities and changing business needs.
Proficient in ATS and sourcing tools; data-driven and curious about new ways to optimize recruiting performance.
Collaborative, empathetic, and motivated by delivering both results and meaningful candidate experiences.
