The Opportunity:
As a key member of our Executive Compensation team, this role will act as a subject matter expertise in all matters related to Proxy filings, Compensation Committee Meeting materials, tax filing implications, including 1099, International, 10K, 162M and NQDC. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
We are seeking candidates to:
Prepare and coordinate the annual Proxy CD&A and supporting compensation tables
Ensure compliance of SEC rules and policy reviews, including reporting of compensation for NEOs and Section 16 officers
Liaise with external compensation consultants to support benchmarking and equity administration activities and drive recommendations of process improvement and risk management
Serve as an internal advisor and strategic business advisor to an internal leadership team by supporting adhoc requests for analysis
Program Manage key cycles around executive compensation deliverables and key stakeholders like finance, business leaders, legal, tax, and regulatory compliance organizations
Create and provide training to internal audiences- including coordination of materials, creating decks that tell a visual story, and creatin of communication plans
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with compensation analytics
Experience with data analytics, market research, and statistical analysis
Experience with broad-based or executive pay architecture and administration, applying advanced theories, principles, and concepts to developing solutions to complex projects, including pay mix architecture and differentiated reward programs
Experience with using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to perform compensation surveys, analyses, and program implementations
Ability to think creatively and collaborating across multiple teams and balance conflicting priorities
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Tableau, Excel Macros, or PowerBI
Experience in a Workday environment and AI tools
Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including DCAA and dealing with DCAA or any regulatory body on compensation matter
Ability to engage with senior executives
Master’s degree
CCP or CEP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
