Skills
- Proven sales management in high-growth SaaS with consistent quota attainment.
- Strong forecasting, pipeline management and CRM proficiency.
- Experience coaching sellers in solution selling and modern sales methodologies (Gap Selling, Sandler, Challenger, etc.).
- Ability to multi-thread and sell at technical and executive levels across large accounts.
- Excellent written and presentation skills and cross-functional influence.
Responsibilities
- Forecast monthly and quarterly commits accurately and deliver against sales targets.
- Manage, coach and motivate a team of ~10 account executives with regular 1:1s and performance tracking.
- Drive new logo acquisition and expansion into existing accounts across Security, Network, Dev and Infrastructure stakeholders.
- Build and refine sales runbooks, scripts, and product-focused playbooks tied to data-led insights.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Product, Product Marketing, Sales Ops and SEs to optimize training and go-to-market motions.
- Maintain candidate funnel and participate in hiring and onboarding for the territory.
- Monitor enablement resource access and sales tool license proficiency.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Continued professional development in sales leadership or related areas preferred.
