Senior Partner Account Manager, Service Provider

Cloudflare is a global internet performance and security company powering millions of websites and applications. The Senior Partner Account Manager, Service Provider will lead strategic North American service provider partnerships—building joint GTM plans, driving revenue, strengthening executive relationships, and enabling scalable implementation and adoption of Cloudflare network and security services.

Skills

  • Executive presence and strong negotiation skills for complex stakeholder environments
  • Deep knowledge of telecommunications, carrier operations, and service provider business models
  • Technical fluency in networking and cybersecurity solutions and how they integrate with cloud operating models
  • Proven success building joint business plans and GTM strategies with partners
  • Data-driven decision making and experience using analytics to inform strategy and performance tracking
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills
  • Experience managing sales cycles, forecasting, and partner incentive structures

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute strategic account plans for North American Service Providers aligned to company growth targets
  • Develop joint go-to-market services and solution stacks and identify co-selling/co-marketing opportunities
  • Build and maintain executive relationships across Cloudflare and partner leadership to drive high-level engagement
  • Lead business planning, account mapping, quarterly business reviews, and joint growth/customer acquisition strategies
  • Drive full sales lifecycle with partners from opportunity initiation to deal closure and accurately forecast SP business weekly
  • Design and scale implementation practices including training, certifications, reusable solution assets, and reference architectures
  • Track and analyze partner performance metrics, revenue attribution, and market impact
  • Develop pipeline across multiple service provider partners and manage partner incentive programs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations
  • Travel as required (approximately 30-40%) to meet partner and internal stakeholders

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Advanced degree (MBA or relevant master’s) preferred
