Responsibilities
- Partner with regional SE leadership to set strategic direction and operational roadmap.
- Deliver data-driven insights, business reviews, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Develop SOPs, best practices, and playbooks for core SE activities.
- Define and track key performance indicators for team productivity and impact.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve efficiency.
- Support strategic initiatives through data-backed proposals and recommendations.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
