As a Sales Executive in our CBS Division, you'll dive into a dynamic role that involves building lasting relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting the unparalleled services we offer. You'll be the face of City Wide, showcasing our commitment to excellence while meeting and exceeding your sales targets. Your Day-to-Day:

  • Connect and Build: You'll identify potential clients, reach out to them, and create opportunities to showcase our comprehensive facility management solutions.
  • Present with Purpose: Engagingly present our services to prospects, address their questions and concerns, and demonstrate how City Wide can enhance their business operations.
  • Close with Confidence: Utilize your stellar negotiation skills to finalize contracts and help clients seamlessly onboard with City Wide.
  • Manage Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work hand-in-hand with our operations and marketing teams to bring fresh insights and ideas to the table.

What Do You Bring to the Table?

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in facility management or a related industry.
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets and goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.
  • Proficient in CRM systems to track your leads and opportunities.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills that make you engaging and persuasive.
  • An energetic, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative spirit that fosters teamwork and innovation.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and market trends.
