Key Account Manager

BRUNT is a purpose-driven maker of work footwear and apparel focused on designing products with direct input from tradespeople. We are seeking a results-oriented Key Account Manager to own relationships with retail partners, drive wholesale growth, and ensure flawless execution across inventory, merchandising, forecasting, and in-store sales education.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary relationship owner for assigned retail partners and develop account strategies to drive wholesale growth
  • Conduct routine store and partner visits to assess assortments, merchandising, and sales execution
  • Prepare and deliver seasonal apparel/product sell-in presentations to retail partners
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with marketing, product, planning, partner services and operations
  • Provide timely reporting and forecasting; manage inventory, compliance issues and credit claims to resolution
  • Analyze market, retailer and competitor trends to build strategic account plans and course-correct tactics
  • Use retail math and financial analysis to drive account profitability and topline growth

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
  • Relevant industry knowledge in footwear, workwear or retail preferred
