Director of Sales, US

Breezeway is a remote-first, award-winning property operations and experience platform used by short-term rental managers and hospitality operators to coordinate, verify, and improve property care at scale. We are looking for a hands-on Director of Sales, US to own US revenue, lead and develop a growing team of Account Executives, and partner cross-functionally to scale our go-to-market execution.

  • Hiring and ramping sales talent in remote environments

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver US revenue targets, meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual goals across a team of 7–10 Account Executives
  • Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives with consistent coaching rhythms and clear performance expectations
  • Run weekly deal, pipeline, and forecast reviews and partner on late-stage deals, pricing, and negotiations
  • Participate in customer and executive-level conversations as needed to close and expand deals
  • Design territory, quota allocation, and segment-specific operating plans to translate revenue goals into execution
  • Partner with Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and Product to improve pipeline quality, conversion, onboarding readiness, and forecast accuracy
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and pipeline health using data to identify gaps and drive predictable performance
  • Hire, onboard, and ramp top sales talent while building a high-performance, accountable sales culture

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced degree (MBA) preferred but not required
