Director, Global Strategic Partners

Braze is a leading customer engagement platform seeking a Director, Global Strategic Partnerships to lead and expand the relationship with a critical global service partner, Publicis Groupe. This leader will drive global alignment, scale partner-led revenue and delivery, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner Account Managers to ensure high-quality implementations and long-term partner success.

Skills

  • Proven partner strategy and channel development experience in SaaS
  • Demonstrated ability to generate sourced pipeline and influenced revenue via partner programs
  • Deep knowledge of agency and marketing services ecosystems
  • Experience creating and scaling service offerings and professional services KPIs
  • Strong executive presence and ability to present to C-level stakeholders
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Data-driven reporting and operational excellence
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and scale initiatives across distributed teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow Braze’s influence and partner-led revenue within Publicis Groupe
  • Support partners in building, marketing, and scaling service offerings (managed services, implementations, advisory)
  • Own and deepen senior-level stakeholder relationships across Publicis to align on long-term strategic goals
  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to regional Commercial Partner teams and Partner Account Managers
  • Collaborate with Sales and PAMs to drive partner-sourced pipeline and meet revenue targets
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement to launch joint campaigns and co-branded initiatives
  • Track, analyze, and report KPIs including pipeline growth, partner engagement, delivery success, and customer impact
  • Advocate for partner needs internally, influencing product and GTM to support scalable partner success

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Advanced degree (MBA) preferred but not required
