Executive Assistant, Sales and Customer Success

Braze is a fast-growing customer engagement platform seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support senior Sales and Customer Success leadership. The role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to manage complex calendars, travel, expenses, and cross-functional projects in a dynamic, global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, multi-timezone calendars and serve as primary point of contact for executive inquiries
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
  • Prepare documents, reports, and executive-level briefings independently
  • Process invoices, T&E expense claims, and oversee expense compliance and budgeting tasks
  • Refine and maintain internal processes that support the Sales department and senior leadership workflows
  • Organize team communications, internal and offsite events, catering and logistics
  • Support cross-functional Sales projects and assist with project coordination and follow-up
  • Flag potential issues, ensure actions are tracked, and keep executives updated on priorities
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Relevant administrative or business coursework a plus
