Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed store sales goals through Alo’s Flow initiatives and selling strategies
- Engage customers to create an easy-to-shop, welcoming environment and build daily client relationships
- Educate guests on product features, benefits, fabric, usage, design, care, and Alo’s business model (Retail, Yoga, Café)
- Support store leadership by analyzing reports, executing action plans, and highlighting growth opportunities
- Maintain sales floor coverage, visual merchandising standards, daily replenishment, and product flow
- Process shipments, assist with back-of-house tasks, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Resolve customer needs quickly to ensure satisfaction and leverage company tools and incentives to meet goals
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and readiness while taking initiative during non-selling periods
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional retail or business coursework a plus
