- Active U.S. Top Secret SCI clearance
- 10+ years program management, acquisitions, or business development experience
- Proven capture experience for complex Army C2 hardware and software programs
- Deep understanding of defense acquisitions, budgeting, and fielding
- Strong stakeholder engagement with senior military and DoD officials
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a data-driven go-to-market and capture strategy for Army engagements within Connected Warfare
- Build and maintain senior relationships across ASA(ALT), PEO C3N, AFC C2 CFT, and DEVCOM C5ISR to identify and shape opportunities
- Lead strategic capture campaigns and coordinate cross-functional teams in operations, engineering, and manufacturing
- Grow and expand existing Army programs and transition prototypes into scalable production and fielding
- Drive financial performance and deliver on revenue and growth commitments
- Foster a customer-focused, innovative culture and improve processes for mission success
- Travel to customer sites and events as required (up to 35%)
Education
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree in relevant discipline preferred but not required
