Strategic Account Manager

Boulevard provides a client experience platform for appointment-based, self-care businesses (salons, spas, medspas, barbershops). The Strategic Account Manager will own relationships with key accounts to drive revenue expansion, maximize client lifetime value, lead renewal negotiations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver strategic outcomes.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and account planning processes
  • Analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and track NRR

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain multi-threaded, trust-based relationships with key client decision-makers
  • Act as strategic advisor, aligning Boulevard’s product capabilities to clients’ business goals and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Serve as primary contact for commercial, strategic, and renewal discussions
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue expansion and NRR targets
  • Negotiate renewals, pricing adjustments, and contract expansions
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and R&D to align on customer needs and delivery
  • Maintain accurate account records, contract details, and renewal timelines

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, communications or related field)
  • Relevant professional certifications or training in sales/account management are a plus
