Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global People strategy aligned to business growth and values.
- Partner with Recruiting to scale hiring processes, candidate experience, and employer value proposition.
- Advise founders and senior leadership on org design, compensation strategy, performance frameworks, and people risk.
- Build and operate People operations: contracts, payroll, benefits, HRIS/ATS integrations, and global mobility.
- Design and implement scalable performance reviews, career frameworks, and leadership development programs.
- Hire, mentor, and lead a high-impact HR/People Ops team.
- Develop retention strategies for critical R&D and engineering talent in a competitive market.
- Drive inclusion, culture, and values alignment across Germany, UK, US, and other markets.
Education
- Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred but not required.
