Account Executive 3

BambooHR is a market-leading people intelligence platform focused on transforming HR for small and mid-sized businesses. We're looking for an Account Executive 3 to own full sales cycles across the EMEA region, build executive-level relationships, and consistently drive new account acquisition while partnering cross-functionally to integrate BambooHR into customers' people strategies.

Skills

  • Proven full-cycle SaaS B2B sales experience with quota attainment
  • Strong prospecting and lead development capabilities
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Workspace
  • Confident demo delivery and stakeholder negotiation skills
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Comfort working early hours (5 AM–2 PM MST) to support EMEA clients
  • Resilience and ability to handle objections

Responsibilities

  • Manage a robust sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and keep CRM activities up to date
  • Self-source leads through targeted outreach and referral cultivation
  • Build tailored, data-informed business cases and nurture opportunities to close
  • Engage and influence executive stakeholders, aligning BambooHR solutions with business needs
  • Handle objections professionally and guide prospects through decision-making
  • Maintain deep knowledge of BambooHR products and competitive landscape
  • Coordinate with marketing, technical, and internal partners to advance deals
  • Quickly qualify buyer intent and develop closing strategies for high-impact opportunities
  • Prioritize target accounts and collaborate with internal teams to meet goals

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Relevant coursework or certifications in sales, business, or related fields considered a plus
