We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team within R&D. This role primarily supports our Product and Design organisation globally and is pivotal in aligning our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, a strategic mindset, and the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.

Partner with Business Leaders: Collaborate with senior leaders to set and execute the people agenda that supports business growth and performance.
Strategic Decision Making: Utilize analytics and data to make informed strategic people decisions.
People Program Management: Drive end-to-end delivery across a suite of people programs, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.
Lifecycle Management: Lead client groups through core HR processes and programs, including performance management, compensation planning, organization redesign, and workforce planning
Collaboration: Work closely with Centers of Excellence (COE) to bring expertise to the business and engage proactively with liaisons to solve problems.
Change Management: Lead and manage organizational change initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: 10+ years in HR, with a proven track record in growing businesses and executing projects and programs.
Team Player: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders, contributing to a supportive and high-performing team culture
Skills: Strong business acumen, ability to translate business strategy into people strategy, and experience in organizational design and leadership development.
Attributes: A self-starter with a drive to create measurable impact, capable of juggling multiple work streams, and comfortable working in a complex, global environment.
Influence: Expert ability to build relationships, earn trust, and influence others to drive the business forward through people strategy.
Leadership: Experience partnering with senior leaders and managing change within an organization.
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: 189,000 - $246,750
Zone B: $170,100 - $222,075
Zone C: $157,500 - $205,625
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
