- 5+ years high-volume recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting cleared Intelligence and DoD government contracting roles
- Proficiency with sourcing tools such as ClearanceJobs and Indeed
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS (strongly preferred)
- Solid knowledge of federal contracting requirements and compliance
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Offer negotiation and candidate closing skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary candidate contact and build strong relationships throughout the selection process
- Manage multiple requisitions and high candidate volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment priorities for funded and proposal positions
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, ClearanceJobs, Indeed and other sourcing tools; create and post job descriptions
- Screen resumes, conduct evaluations, and manage candidates through interviews and selection
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate compensation, obtain Letters of Intent, and close offers
- Maintain accurate applicant data and compliance documentation in Greenhouse ATS and other tracking tools
- Prioritize and track progress of requisitions in changing environments
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support recruitment objectives

- Bachelor's degree required
