This is a full-time position working out of our Lehi office
Reporting to the People Experience Manager
Front Desk Reception
Welcome and manage guests and visitors
Responsible for office mail
Employee and Office Experience
Maintain cleanliness and supply of amenities on each floor of the building
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the building
Stock snacks, office supplies, etc
Assist with swag management and distribution
Assist with company lunch execution
Team Support
Support the People Experience Manager on events, activities, and projects to create a fun and inclusive experience for our people
Support the Executive Assistants on tasks, projects, and events.
Prior customer service experience
Ability to lift 30 pounds
Ability to work in our Lehi office 40 hours a week
High School Diploma
Consistently dependable and highly organized
Friendly and positive attitude
Comfortable working in an office environment greeting guests
Ability to manage time efficiently, work independently, and coordinate workflows
Proactive problem solving skills
Proficiency in G Suite tools
Prior front desk experience
Ability to work with diverse personalities within various levels of the organization
Exercise sound independent judgment under minimal direct supervision
Bring innovation and creativity to enhance performance of a process, person, team, and organization
