Responsibilities
- Process employee requests and data changes in Workday accurately and within SLA
- Manage I-9 verification process in compliance with federal regulations
- Conduct routine data integrity audits (e.g., SOX) and remediate discrepancies
- Host monthly People Ops Office Hours to answer employee questions and provide guidance
- Support COE projects to document, automate, and optimize People processes
- Use tools such as Workday, Jira, and Confluence to track and resolve requests
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HRBPs, Total Rewards, Talent, Compliance, and People Tech
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant coursework or certifications in HR or related field preferred
