We are looking for a Sourcing Admin Assistant who thrives on clean systems, clean copy, and operational clarity. This is a great entry-level role for someone who wants to break into the recruiting world — not through candidate calls, but by owning the backend of sourcing. You’ll be responsible for writing and posting jobs, keeping our ATS spotless, managing candidate data, and ensuring our roles are promoted across the right online communities. This is a detail-obsessed, writing-heavy, process-driven role — ideal for someone who loves grammar, organization, and systems that just work.

Role Overview:
As a Sourcing Operations Specialist, you will own several key tasks to ensure our recruitment efforts run smoothly behind the scenes. You'll write and post job descriptions, manage candidate data in the ATS, promote roles across online communities, and ensure that all sourcing-related copy is grammatically perfect and on-brand. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys maintaining clean systems and has a passion for detail-oriented work.
What You’ll Own:
Write and publish job descriptions across global and local job boards.
Share polished, grammatically perfect job posts in online communities (Facebook groups, WhatsApp, Discord, Reddit, Telegram, etc.).
Engage in relevant online spaces to increase visibility for open roles.
Maintain and clean our ATS — tagging, rejecting, updating statuses, and keeping candidate records accurate.
Move candidates between roles/pipelines as needed.
Monitor inbound applications and pre-filter based on basic requirements.
Close outdated job listings and ensure all active postings are current and accurate.
Ensure all sourcing-related copy (internal and external) is clean, clear, and on-brand.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong writer with a sharp eye for spelling, grammar, tone, and clarity.
Confident using ChatGPT as a tool — but capable of writing independently at a high standard.
Comfortable posting and engaging in online communities and forums.
Highly organized and detail-oriented — nothing slips through the cracks.
Curious about recruiting and excited to learn how great sourcing systems work.
Takes full ownership of tasks and cares about getting things right.
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
Experience writing job ads, marketing copy, or professional posts.
Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever).
Background in content creation, administrative support, or online community engagement.
